This notice explains how Daxly processes personal data when organisations and individuals use our platform and this marketing website.
1. Who we are

2. Our role
When your organisation uses Daxly
Your organisation is usually the data controller of its members’, guests’ and website users’ personal data. Daxly acts as a data processor on their instructions.
When Daxly is the controller
Daxly is the data controller for our own account, billing, support, security records, waitlist signups on this website, and related product communications.
3. What we process
Depending on how the service is used, we may process:
- Identity and contact data — names and email addresses
- Account data — account and role details
- Activity data — event or group signups, contact messages, mailing preferences, and operational records (such as meetings or bookings)
- Technical data — information needed for security and delivery (for example login sessions and IP addresses used to prevent abuse)
- Marketing site data — waitlist emails and related enquiry details submitted on daxly.app
4. Why we process it
Purposes
We process personal data to provide and secure the Daxly service, support customers, meet legal obligations, and (where we are controller) communicate about the product, including waitlist updates.
Lawful bases
Lawful bases typically include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where we ask for it.
5. Sharing
We use carefully selected service providers (for example hosting and email delivery) to run Daxly. We do not sell personal data. Organisations may send emails or connect cloud storage using providers they configure (for example Google or Microsoft); those providers then process data under the organisation’s and that provider’s terms.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of a customer organisation’s account, or longer where the law requires. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or we close the waitlist process.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of:
- Access
- Rectification
- Erasure
- Restriction
- Objection
- Data portability
- Withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent)
How to exercise your rights
For data held by your organisation in Daxly, contact that organisation first. For data Daxly holds as controller (including waitlist data), email contact@cybercey.uk.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
This marketing site uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function. The Daxly application may show a cookie consent banner where additional cookies are used; see the in-app privacy notice for details.

See our Terms of Service. Customer organisations may publish their own privacy notices for data they control.
